talked about the violent clashes, let me show you some of the video. this came out of nowhere, the students are just fed up. they started to protest and it became confrontational. the police was called to the sid but says that the police officers have been here. they have no more rest to take place since the initial clashes. i had a chance to speak with the stillness of this is what they had to say about the payment policy and why it is so difficult for students to comply. >> when i registered for class as last year, the policy was at that you had to pay off your things from last semester, but you have your whole semester to pay. their students who rely on financial aid that does not comment until after at month and half. soon as war or financial aid, they will get a drop from their class as if they do not pay within

all day long as the demolition work went on. fire investigators are anxious to start their examination of the structure to determine what started the fire but, it's not safe enough to go in right now. linecoming up at 6:30. we will have a live report from mike pelton with the latest. >> a disturbing story out of fairfield, a teenage father is accused of a horrifying attack on his one -month- old infant. he bit part of the baby's nose off. police say the incident happened yesterday morning at an apartment complex in fairfield. police say the one-month- old's father. 18-year-old joshua cooper. simply lost his temper and attacked the boy, because he was crying too much. the two were alone at the time. and, when the boy's 17- year-old mother came home. investigators say she called police. hysterical. saying her son was bleeding from the nose. cooper was arrested and says he is sorry for what he had done. the child remains at children's hospital oakland in stable condition. doctors say the child has a partially severed nose, skull fracture and some brain hemorrhaging.
